Terms and Conditions


Delivery Policy:

Orders must be received at least 24 hours before the time of delivery.
All orders received through our online ordering system will be delivered according your time request if your payment is cleared.
Notwithstanding the above, we will undertake special requests for urgent delivery on a case-to-case basis. Please call us at 010 - 2269109 for such requests before you place an online order.


Subsitute Policy:

Flower Wishes reserved the right to make subsitution on the flowers, green, wrapping paper, ribbon, basket, vase, fruits, soft-toys and any other material used in our flower arrangements to the same or better quality shall the original materials are out of stock or not available from our suppliers


During Peak Season:

The price shown at our website may not applicable during festive season especially Valentine's Day, where the price will be higher than normal day. That is because our cost will be higher than normal day due to the shortage of fresh flower supply especially Roses.

During peak season or weekend, orders must be received at least 3 days earlier.


Refund Policy:

Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the order due to the perishable nature of our products.

We will either refund the money equivalent to your order or replace the product if the products delivered are damaged, incorrect or an error made by us.

However, the refund will be given at the discretion of Flower Wishes.
